Overview

Lookers Ford Leeds is seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. As a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor, you will work alongside our aftersales team to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Booking and managing customer appointments, services, and repair work
  • Providing expert advice on warranty cover and recommending additional parts and accessories
  • Liaising with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments and manage workload
  • Managing customer interactions, including phone calls and online booking queries
  • Communicating effectively with customers regarding turnaround times and workshop updates
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems as necessary
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner. Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP and knowledge of dealer systems are advantageous. As a team player, you will be able to work independently and use your initiative to deliver exceptional customer service.
