Job Title: Quality Control Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team at CSS. As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Technical and Operations departments to identify areas for improvement in our quality control processes
* Develop and enhance existing quality control processes to implement a full quality control package
* Conduct regular training sessions with workshop teams to improve quality standards and knowledge
* Create and implement a standards document for onboarding, training, and auditing processes
* Be the internal contact for quality issues raised from Project Management and sales
Requirements:
* Experience in quality control and auditing processes
* Strong background in joinery and carpentry
* Knowledge of fire door compliance in line with BS476
* Previous experience of fire door installation and maintenance is desirable
* Proven track record of leading teams in a supervisor or management position
* Strong communication and organisational skills
