Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and senior members within an assigned area. The successful candidate will work closely with seniors to understand their Medicare insurance options and provide support throughout the enrollment process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key pharmacies and providers to promote enrollment and resolve issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to pharmacies on enrollment processes as needed.
  • Engage with potential senior members to generate interest in Troy Medicare.
  • Assist seniors with enrollment-related questions and concerns.
  • Respond to inbound calls from seniors interested in enrolling in Troy Medicare.
  • Build relationships with physician offices to encourage them to join the Troy Medicare network.
  • Provide timely feedback to the Troy Medicare team to address issues proactively.
  • Offer support to seniors with claims, billing, and other customer service-related challenges.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in healthcare support, sales, or a related field.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
  • Ability to obtain a North Carolina insurance license within 30 days.
