Key Responsibilities
As a healthcare assistant, you will deliver care to individuals in their homes and in residential facilities, following care plans established in collaboration with nursing teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Collaborating with a team to provide care to patients and their families
· Assessing the quality of care being provided
· Offering constructive feedback to management regarding care standards.
You will work with patients of various ages, with a significant focus on the elderly, those recently discharged from healthcare facilities, individuals with terminal illnesses, or those with physical disabilities.
As a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant , your role will involve ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals at home. You will implement care plans designed to support those living independently, in care facilities, or other environments, ensuring a positive experience for service users.

Relevant level 3 qualification (NVQ/ QCF Diploma or certificate of care / Advanced apprenticeship) or equivalent or working towards Functional Skills at Level 2 (Literacy and numeracy/ GCSE grade A-C or equivalent in English and Maths)Experience
