Job Title: Paediatric Care Assistant

Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Care Assistant to join our team. As a Paediatric Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with children and young people who require complex care services.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Care Assistant who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to our clients. As a Paediatric Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care, administering medication, and supporting clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Support clients with complex needs, such as PEG feeding, oral suctioning, and tracheostomy care
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care work, preferably with children and young people
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full right to work in the UK and a valid UK driving license
