Job Summary:

The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring Corporation Service Company's compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. This role will involve obtaining, analyzing, and maintaining client due diligence information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure client due diligence information is scanned and updated in a timely manner.
  • Conduct scrubs in the WorldCheck database and report any adverse information to the Client Relationship Manager/Compliance Officer.
  • Determine and notify the Business Team of client due diligence requirements.
  • Review and analyze client files to ensure compliance with applicable AML requirements.
  • Provide KYC advice and guidance to the Business Team.
  • Account for time spent on client due diligence analysis.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with a professional anti-money laundering qualification.
  • Analytical skills to review documents and files for necessary data.
  • Knowledge of compliance reporting principles, corporate governance, and relevant local AML regulations.
  • Project management skills to assist with projects and provide status updates.
  • Reporting skills to communicate clearly and objectively on work completed.
