Salary: Basic GBP21k, OTE GBP40k + Uncapped Commission

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Automotive Sales Advisor to be part of a reputable car dealership.

In this role, you will deliver outstanding service to valued clients, engaging with visitors to comprehend their specific requirements and utilizing your expertise to respond to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively seeking new prospects to maintain a steady stream of potential leads. Employing your negotiation skills to transform leads into successful sales while adhering to FCA regulations. Keeping clients informed throughout the entire process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring satisfaction. Recognizing and seizing upselling opportunities with a practical approach. Surpassing sales targets (with uncapped commission) and staying informed about the latest vehicle offerings. Collaborating effectively within a close-knit team, thriving under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Desired Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Sales Consultant or in a comparable sales position. Prior background in the retail automotive sales sector. Proven ability to meet monthly sales objectives. Committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. Valid UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm Saturdays (Rotational): 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Sundays (currently under review for closure to improve work/life balance): 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
