As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Dispatch department by ensuring the smooth operation of the daily fleet of delivery vans.

This is a full-time role with ideal hours from 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, although some flexibility may be required. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will need to be a team player, extremely well-organized, and able to be both proactive and reactive to business demands.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. **Maintaining Operational Systems**: Ensure the integrity of customer information and data within the operational system.
  2. **Delivery Scheduling**: Utilize the routing system to schedule deliveries efficiently and effectively.
  3. **Customer Service**: Arrange customer collections/returns, communicate with the Customer Services Department, and handle delivery notes.
  4. **Inventory Management**: Arrange stock transfers between sites and manage courier deliveries.
  5. **Reporting and Administration**: Produce reports, scan documents, and perform general office administration tasks.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
