  • Automated Payments: Approve automated payments, verifying correct dates and information to prevent errors.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform accurate daily bank reconciliations within SLAs, maintaining financial integrity.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues with payments and cheques, including tracing, to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Reporting: Provide payment reports to clients/customers on time, maintaining transparency and trust.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks promptly and to a high standard, supporting the team's efficiency.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Time Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing to tight deadlines and meeting SLAs.
