Project Engineer - EV Battery Modules

Vibhatech is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to lead projects related to EV battery modules, focusing on flex solutions and cell contacting systems for voltage and temperature control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, conducting risk assessments and feasibility studies.
  • Oversee the design, development, and testing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues during project implementation and industrialisation.
  • Document project progress and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage process flow creation, PFMEA, and support quality control for PPAP documentation.
  • Validate equipment specifications, monitor project performance, and ensure successful delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive engineering, with a strong understanding of industry standards.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, Gantt charts, and reading engineering drawings.
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, resource allocation, and supplier management.
