We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Leadership Position to join our team at Woodrow Mercer Healthcare Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our eating disorder charity and driving our mission to transform communities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of senior leadership, with a strong background in healthcare, local government, and the voluntary sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing our strategy, leading our team, and representing our charity externally.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by eating disorders. You will be a strategic thinker, a collaborative leader, and a skilled communicator who can inspire and motivate our team to achieve our goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing our strategy to achieve our vision and mission
  • Leading our team to deliver high-quality services and achieve our objectives
  • Representing our charity externally to stakeholders, partners, and funders
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, including the NHS, voluntary sector, and private sector
  • Managing our finances and ensuring the sustainability of our charity
