Job Description

DNV Energy Systems is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our FlexGrid-HV venture as the Head of Venture. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in growing businesses, a deep understanding of the power grids industry, and the ability to articulate a vision for the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the HVDC and FACTS sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
  • Lead a global management team to deliver exceptional results, manage specialist resources, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of HVDC and FACTS solutions.
  • Recruit, build, and empower a high-performing team to foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing strategies that grow businesses.
  • Strong understanding of the power grids industry and ability to articulate a strategic vision for the future.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business environments and solve complex problems effectively.
