About the Role

DNV is seeking a seasoned Business Manager to lead our FlexGrid-HV venture, a pioneering global initiative focused on High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) and Flexible Alternating Current Transmission Systems (FACTS). As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, leveraging innovation, and ensuring technical excellence in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to establish DNV as a dominant force in HVDC and FACTS markets.
  • Collaborate with senior management and executives to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory developments to inform business strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior consultancy or project management role, with a strong understanding of the energy sector.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with a high level of initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in business software and tools.
  • Clear understanding of financial data and metrics, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
