Care Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in an acute hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, and weight.
- Assist in the delivery of patient care as directed by the Registered Nurse.
- Ensure that the patient is the prime focus when making decisions about their care and wellbeing.
- Assist patients with compassion when undertaking normal activities of daily living whilst ensuring that privacy, dignity, and human rights are respected.
- Perform other duties as required.
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an Acute hospital environment within the last 3 years.
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
