Key Responsibilities- Monitor patients' conditions by taking vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and respirations.
- Assist in the delivery of patient care as directed by the Registered Nurse.
- Ensure that patients are the prime focus when making decisions about their care and well-being.
- Assist patients with compassion when undertaking normal activities of daily living, while ensuring that privacy, dignity, and human rights are respected.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Care Support Worker in a hospital or hospice setting within the last 2 years.
- Current UK professional registration.
- A competitive salary range of £12-£21 per hour.
