Role Purpose

The Executive Assistant role is pivotal in enabling the CEO to concentrate on strategic leadership and fostering robust client relationships.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the CEO and provides support to the senior management team as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring all meetings are scheduled, confirmed, and communicated effectively.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of materials for significant meetings.
  • Coordinate and schedule participants for both external and internal meetings.
  • Arrange logistics for internal training sessions and webinars.
  • Organize meeting spaces as required for various engagements.
  • Oversee travel arrangements for GPC UK personnel, optimizing costs and benefits.
  • Attend key meetings to document comprehensive minutes.
  • Provide personal administrative support to the CEO to facilitate business growth.
  • Assist senior management with urgent matters as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc office management and administrative tasks as required.
