We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Kier Group. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading construction projects that involve concrete frames, ensuring timely completion, adherence to HSE regulations, and staying within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Manage resources (people, finance, and physical assets) to fulfill assigned projects safely, on time, and to the required quality while maximizing customer satisfaction and gross profit.
- Financial monitoring and control of the contract, ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality compliance in accordance with Kier's Operating Framework, Project Lifecycle Management, and IMS.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and ensure the project is programmed in P6 to a level of detail necessary for operational teams to deliver the projects and that the programmes are contractually compliant.
- Ensure the production of as-built and impacted P6 programmes while ensuring a commercial plan and end-of-life forecast is in place and monitored monthly for the successful commercial delivery of projects.
- Oversee the production of progress reports, updated costs, and forecasts.
- Relevant qualification (Management qualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree).
- Chartered Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, APM, or equivalent.
- Significant experience on projects of significant value from pre-construction to delivery.

Security ClearanceThis role requires a Government Security Check (SC) Clearance / Counter Terrorism Check (CTC), which will be conducted by the Cabinet Office's United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) agency. Applicants with criminal convictions will be treated on a case-by-case basis.
