About the Role

BAM Nuttall is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our dynamic and fast-paced team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering successful project outcomes, maintaining high standards of professionalism, and providing operational, strategic, and contractual direction for the project team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the project team, ensuring high levels of commitment, morale, and motivation at all levels.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the project's success.
  • Provide operational, strategic, and contractual direction for the project team, ensuring high standards of professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with everyone associated with the project and the wider community.
Requirements
  • Degree, HND in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience working as PM or Senior Agent within Civil Engineering contracting.
  • Must be able to demonstrate leadership and management capabilities commensurate with such a role.
  • Detailed working knowledge of the civils construction environment and forms of contract used.
  • Experience of working in construction project delivery.
