Dorset HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead for Peer Open Dialogue to join our team. This innovative role will provide clinical leadership, supervision, consultation, and advice on Open Dialogue Therapy and psychological elements of care across Dorset.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of Open Dialogue protocols and care pathways, guaranteeing appropriate interventions are delivered consistently.
- Provide comprehensive training and development for staff on Open Dialogue principles and practices, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to deliver effective care.
- Offer expert supervision and InterVision sessions to support staff in their application of Open Dialogue within the service delivery framework.
- Establish robust supervision and InterVision arrangements that encompass all aspects of the Open Dialogue service, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
