We are seeking a skilled Band 6 Locum Community Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Acute Elderly Medical Therapy MDT. The successful candidate will work on a part-time basis, approximately 3-5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in the Acute Elderly Medical Therapy MDT
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and well-being
- Band 6 or 7 experience in occupational therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on a part-time basis
- Competitive hourly rate of £25-26 for Band 6 or £30-31 for Band 7
