About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Sales Advisor to join our team at The Cosmetics Company Store. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales through our premium beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on our products
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling our premium beauty products
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and trends
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a customer-first mindset

About You:

  • You may have experience within a retail environment, but we can invest in your development to fill in some of the gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed
  • You will have a passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
  • You will have an approachable and friendly personality
  • You will be confident in speaking to customers, getting to know them and understanding their needs to best cater to them
  • You will be keen to be involved and support all store operations, including stock deliveries, floor moves and the maintenance of daily standards
  • You will have flexible availability across days/hours
