Real Estate Finance Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join our team at Chadwick Nott. As a key member of our Real Estate team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations of established workstreams for banking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of established workstreams for banking clients.
  • Provide technical supervision and mentorship to four supporting paralegals.
  • Collaborate with the Legal Solutions Centre Director, Partners, and the Real Estate Finance team to enhance current services and develop new workstreams.
  • Work with project managers and legal technologists to onboard and scale services.
  • Support bespoke projects within your expertise.
  • Advocate for innovation and efficient service delivery within the firm to optimize legal work and help attract new clients.

About the Role:

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your existing knowledge, build on your technical skills, and gain experience in project management, people management, and emerging legal technologies. You will be closely working with the Real Estate team on overlapping projects and will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic work environment with a diverse range of tasks and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with 1+PQE experience in either real estate, banking or real estate finance with previous supervision experience. On offer is a highly competitive salary and attractive benefits package together with flexible hybrid working.
