Join Our Team as a Real Estate Finance Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join our team at Womble Bond Dickinson. As a key member of our Real Estate Finance team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to our clients on a wide range of real estate finance matters.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, providing a wide range of services and solutions to clients. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of established workstreams on behalf of predominantly banking clients, including technical supervision and development of the four paralegals who support the workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on real estate finance matters
  • Manage established workstreams on behalf of banking clients
  • Supervise and develop the skills of four paralegals who support the workstreams
  • Work closely with the Legal Solutions Centre Director and Partners, and the wider firm's Real Estate Finance team to build services and identify opportunities for new workstreams
  • Support bespoke projects which fall within your areas of expertise

Requirements
  • Experience as a qualified real estate lawyer, banking lawyer, or real estate finance lawyer
  • Previous experience of supervising at least 1 person within a legal team
