Womble Bond Dickinson Advance, our alternative legal services delivery group, brings together a multidisciplinary team, process design, and innovative legal technology. Our team has over 100 lawyers, paralegals, management information specialists, and legal project managers who provide a wide range of services and solutions to clients, and support the wider business on high-volume workstreams, end-to-end managed services, and bespoke projects.

About the Role

We're now looking to strengthen one of our sub-teams with an additional Real Estate Finance Lawyer. The bulk of the team are in Bristol and Plymouth, so ability to attend either of these offices at least two days per week would be preferred, with the other days working from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management of established workstreams on behalf of predominantly banking clients.
  • Technical supervision and development of the four paralegals who support the workstreams.
  • Working closely with the Legal Solutions Centre Director and Partners, and the wider firm's Real Estate Finance team to continue to build these services and to identify opportunities for new workstreams.
  • Supporting bespoke projects which fall within your areas of expertise.

Requirements
  • A minimum of a year's experience as a qualified real estate lawyer, banking lawyer, or real estate finance lawyer.
  • Previous experience of supervising at least 1 person, within a legal team.
