Job Summary:

Randstad Cpe London is seeking a highly experienced Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor health and safety practices and provide guidance and support to employees.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to identify and mitigate potential health and safety hazards.
  • Provide training and education to employees on health and safety procedures and best practices.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in health and safety, preferably in the construction industry.
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate and NEBOSH General Certificate.
  • TEEPS - Tunnel entry card and TSTS card.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

  • Membership of IOSH – Tech IOSH.
