Occupational Health Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join our dynamic team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our Occupational Health Department, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of our dedicated healthcare workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct health assessments for employees, including pre-employment and during employment, in accordance with departmental policies and statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement client-centered approaches to care, ensuring that clinics run efficiently and effectively.
- Undertake health surveillance of staff groups exposed to hazardous substances, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements.
- Contribute to the improvement of staff health through the development and delivery of health promotion activities.
- Utilize and ensure the accurate and timely use of departmental and Trust IT systems.
