Occupational Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive health assessments for employees, including pre-employment and during-employment evaluations, to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Develop and implement health promotion programs to improve the overall well-being of staff, including health fairs, induction programs, and lifestyle screening.
- Collaborate with senior practitioners to ensure accurate and timely completion of health surveillance results for staff groups exposed to hazardous substances.
- Utilize departmental and Trust IT systems to maintain accurate and confidential staff and statutory records, ensuring compliance with departmental and HSE requirements.
- Deliver immunization and vaccination programs, ensuring vaccines are stored appropriately and adhering to Occupational Health Department policies and procedures.
