Role Responsibilities:

In this role, you will utilize advanced software technology to analyze refrigeration systems, monitor recurring issues, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency. You will also collaborate with Air Conditioning and MER PPM teams to ensure alignment of strategies across departments.

Qualifications Required:

  • C&G Fgas 2079 certification
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Recognized apprenticeship or qualification in refrigeration
  • Experience with CO2 systems or relevant qualifications
  • Familiarity with Hydrocarbon systems (desirable)

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Attention to detail in analyzing technical data
  • Proven track record of achieving first fix rates
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with planning teams
  • Strong written communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Advanced IT skills for programming CO2 controls
  • Extensive experience in retail or industrial refrigeration
  • Commercial acumen to reduce repeat failures
