We are seeking a part-time Bereavement Team Leader (GM & Burials) to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our Council's Street Scene & Bereavement Services. The post holder will work on a two-week rota working Week 1 - 15 hours, Week 2 - 22 hours.

  • Day-to-day supervision of the Cemeteries and Grounds Maintenance Teams.
  • Daily inspection of vehicles, equipment and personal protective equipment to ensure it is in good working order before use.

Key Requirements:

  • Driving License category C1 + E.
  • CITB Mechanical Excavator accreditation or equivalent qualification within 12 months.
  • Appropriate training/qualifications in pesticide application.
