Supply Chain Optimization Manager

WatchHouse is seeking a driven and strategic Supply Chain Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our future logistics operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence throughout the entire supply chain process. Your expertise in optimizing supply chain efficiencies will be instrumental in reducing costs and enhancing overall performance.

  • Lead Supply Chain Initiatives: Spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at streamlining processes, minimizing costs, and maximizing efficiency across all stages of the supply chain.
  • Service Level Excellence: Implement and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistently high service standards are met and exceeded.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee all aspects of logistics, inventory management, and warehousing operations, ensuring seamless flow and optimal utilization of resources.
  • Supplier & Freight Partnerships: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and freight companies to secure competitive rates and reliable service.
  • Policy Compliance: Review and update supply chain practices in alignment with company policies and industry best practices.
