Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Last Mile Rentals (LMR) supply planning efforts. As a key member of the EU AMZL Global Fleet Product, Fleet Planning team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sustainable supply chain solutions that meet strategic goals and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Develop and implement effective supply planning strategies to ensure the right amount of idle Armada or other sources (e.g., rentals) are transferred into LMR, balancing utilization and delivery partner experience.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate risks associated with supply shortages and financial exposure, designing solutions that will be implemented directly by GFP (cross-country transfer, extended leasing, etc.).
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to approve new transfer orders raised by demand plans and ensure peak readiness, contributing to CAPEX/OPEX decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in the fleet, supply chain, or logistics industry, with experience in business ownership, controlling, and business analysis.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and ability to handle and prioritize multiple engagements.
  • Preferred Qualifications: SQL proficiency and understanding of fleet management and related KPIs.
