Join Our Team as a Therapeutic Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Therapeutic Care Specialist to join our team at Esland Care. As a Therapeutic Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, helping them to achieve amazing outcomes.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual who can provide a nurturing and supportive environment for our young people. As a Therapeutic Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized care and support to our young people, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances
  • Working collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Supporting our young people in their daily lives, including education, leisure activities, and personal development
  • Contributing to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to our policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home
  • A Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (or at least 50% complete)
  • A full driving license issued in the UK
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice
  • Values aligned with Esland Care's, including a therapeutic and person-centered approach to childcare
  • Aged 21 or above (due to industry regulations)
