About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ALM Test Manager to join our team at Barclays Bank. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the testing function for medium to large-scale transformation programs in the Banking and Finance domain.
  • Coordinate and work with multi-location delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with executives at Director and Managing Director levels.
  • Develop and implement effective testing strategies to ensure high-quality software solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in leading testing functions for medium to large-scale transformation programs.
  • Experience in coordinating and working with multi-location delivery teams.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and communication with executives.
  • Preferred qualifications: degree in a numerate subject (e.g., math, computer science).
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
