The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive operations, with a proven track record of success in sales, team development, marketing, and customer care. You will be responsible for:
- Business Growth - Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability across the region.
- Team Leadership - Identifying and implementing training and coaching needs for your staff, and developing succession plans to ensure the continued success of our business.
- Marketing and Brand Management - Promoting our brand and generating sales leads through effective marketing strategies.
- Customer Experience - Ensuring that our customers receive a professional and prompt service, in line with our customer charter.
- Operational Excellence - Ensuring compliance with our operations manual and IT processes, and maintaining high standards of health and safety.
As a Regional Manager with Mr Clutch, you will enjoy a competitive salary, company vehicle, and a range of benefits, including:
