Regional Manager - Fire Stopping

TS Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our Fire Stopping team in the Midlands and South regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, overseeing site teams, and developing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and lead a team of Project Managers and site staff to deliver high-quality fire stopping projects.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including attending meetings and updating them on project progress.
  3. Oversee the delivery of passive fire protection work on hotels, social housing, and commercial projects.
  4. Open and manage a new regional office in the Midlands and South.
  5. Attend regular meetings at our head office in the North to update the Managing Director on project progress and discuss commercial matters.
  6. Ensure quality control and record all relevant information.
  7. Commercially aware to ensure projects are completed within budget.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in fire stopping compartmentation and fire door management.
  2. Familiarity with Firas and BMtrada standards.
  3. A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  4. Preferably degree or NVQ educated.
  5. Good IT and numerical skills.
  6. Full UK driving license.
