Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough medical assessments of individuals to determine their functional capacity and ability to work.
- Use your clinical expertise to gather information about each individual's medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans.
- Produce accurate and concise reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP) to inform their decisions on benefit eligibility.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive assessments and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to maintain your expertise and provide high-quality assessments.
Requirements
- Qualified Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic with a strong clinical background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with individuals, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex medical information and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in using a range of software and technology to support assessment and reporting.
