Join Our Team as a Head of International Payroll and Compliance

Artemis Human Capital is proud to partner with a leading construction and engineering firm in the Toomebridge region to find a highly skilled Head of International Payroll and Compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the division on all European local and international compliance, employment tax, global mobility, and international payroll matters.

The Role:
  • Advising the payroll team on international payroll compliance
  • Advising on shadow payroll and introducing A1's
  • Managing international assignments and global mobility programs
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on global mobility matters
  • Developing policies and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in specific European locations
The Person:
  • Experience in global mobility and employment tax
  • Experience with international payroll and shadow payroll
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Will to travel abroad occasionally to client sites
The Benefits:
  • £65k - £80k salary (dependent on experience)
  • Bonus scheme
  • 30 days leave
  • On-site parking
