Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be partnering with a successful construction and engineering firm in the Toomebridge region to help them add a Head of International Payroll and Compliance to their expanding team due to continued projects being won throughout Europe. As the Global Mobility Manager you will report to the Group Finance Director and lead the division on all European local and international compliance, employment tax, global mobility, and international payroll matters. This is a permanent opportunity based in the Magherafelt region. The Role: Advising payroll team on international payroll compliance Advising on shadow payroll Introducing A1's Advising on employment tax compliance and regulation Manage international assignments and global mobility programs. Serve as a subject matter expert on global mobility matters. Develop policies and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in specific European locations. The Person: Experience in Global Mobility and employment tax Experience with international payroll and shadow payroll Excellent communication skills Has to be able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to travel abroad the odd time to client sites The Benefits: £65k - £80k salary (D.O.E.)
