Head of International Payroll and Compliance Specialist

Artemis Human Capital is proud to partner with a leading construction and engineering firm in the Toomebridge region to find a highly skilled Head of International Payroll and Compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the division on all European local and international compliance, employment tax, global mobility, and international payroll matters.
The Role:- Advise the payroll team on international payroll compliance and ensure adherence to local laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with employment tax regulations in specific European locations.
- Manage international assignments and global mobility programs, providing expert guidance on global mobility matters.
- Collaborate with the Group Finance Director to drive the division's strategy and objectives.
- Proven experience in global mobility and employment tax, with a strong understanding of international payroll and shadow payroll.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel abroad occasionally to client sites.
- Competitive salary range of £65k - £80k (dependent on experience).
- Bonus scheme and 30 days' annual leave.
