We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing financial data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and collate financial data from multiple sites, utilizing Excel for data management and analysis.
- Produce weekly financial reports, highlighting key trends and insights.
- Communicate effectively with site managers to ensure timely submission of relevant financial information.
- Review and approve financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Upload reports to our internal system, maintaining data integrity and security.
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Manage invoicing and banking processes, ensuring seamless financial operations.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will possess a strong background in finance, with a good understanding of financial processes and procedures. Proficiency in Excel, particularly v-lookups, is essential. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills are also required.
