Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage inbound leads, building a robust pipeline of new business opportunities across Europe.
- Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential clients, initiating contact through various communication methods.
- Maintain precise records in the CRM system, ensuring qualified leads are progressed and connected with the appropriate sales personnel.
- Effectively present the company’s products and services, fostering strong customer relationships to uncover growth potential.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to enhance lead generation and conversion rates, while continuously updating product knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Technical background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Technical Sales.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, including New Business Development and Key Account Management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and independent.
