Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Transformation Scrum Master to lead our pricing transformation project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Scrum methodology, pricing models, and releases. The candidate will work closely with multiple teams, prioritizing releases, managing backlogs, and establishing foundation-level capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workstream on agile delivery of pricing transformation, primarily focusing on model development and releases.
- Collaborate with the Head of Pricing and the Head of Data to ensure smooth delivery and manage expectations.
- Work with internal actuaries, project managers, and business analysts as part of a small but dynamic team.
- Manage backlogs and prioritize releases to ensure timely delivery.
- Establish foundation-level capabilities and guide the team towards self-sufficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with hands-on technical involvement in pricing transformations.
- Experience in model development and release cycles, particularly in an actuarial context.
- Background working with pricing and actuary teams in a London Market environment.
- Ability to engage with both strategic leadership and operational teams.
