Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participate as a member of the nursing team to provide a high standard of research-based care.
  • Support the team of staff working in the area to deliver a quality service linked to high standards of patient care.
  • Assist the Sisters/Charge Nurses and Senior Sister/Charge Nurse in the training and development of junior staff.

Person Specification:

  • Current registration in home country.
  • Commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Evidence of further education, training, and ongoing learning.
  • Ability to produce an updated personal professional portfolio.
  • Eligible to join the NMC register following completion of the test of competence and OSCE.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Evidence of assessing and mentorship qualification.
  • Evidence of appropriate specialist qualification.
