We are seeking a Front Office Trade Controls Specialist to join our dynamic change team, focusing on enhancing preventative measures within trade booking processes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • In-depth experience in investment banking, particularly within Change Management or Front Office controls.
  • Practical involvement in projects related to Front-to-Back order management and trade execution workflows.
  • Familiarity with investment banking products, with a preference for Equities and Foreign Exchange.
  • A solid understanding of front office booking procedures, gained through direct experience in front/middle office roles or relevant control/project functions.
  • Expertise in business analysis and project management, including gathering requirements, liaising with business stakeholders, preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and conducting testing.
  • A commitment to working within an implementation capacity, producing requirement documentation and coordinating delivery and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
