About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team at Skin Rocks™. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for owning the delivery and execution of our website trading plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end launch process for all products and promotions, including creation, testing, and go-live processes.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to optimize the website journey and deliver engaging content for customers through homepage, product pages, and landing pages.
  • Manage e-commerce stock levels via Shopify Plus in collaboration with our logistics team.
  • Support analysis and reporting on sales, promotions, and content performance via Shopify and Google Analytics GA4.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an e-commerce DTC team or business.
  • Experience working with founder-led brands is a plus.
  • Strong website trading experience and competence in site merchandising and content management.
  • Proactive self-starter with a sense of humor, able to work under pressure, and flexible with productive change.
