Complex Injury Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Complex Injury Claims Specialist to join our team at Keoghs. As a leading Personal Injury law firm, we specialize in complex, high-value claims and are dedicated to providing exceptional legal service to our clients.
About the Role:- Handle a caseload of large loss RTA claims, mostly valued between £25,000 and £100,000, with some cases up to £150,000.
- Conduct forensic analysis of quantum evidence, preparing chronologies, identifying anomalies, and other relevant information across various sources and categories of evidence.
- Use your existing knowledge of complex injury symptomology to identify relevant issues within medical records and instruct medical experts.
- Critical analysis of sources of liability evidence and identifying any gaps.
- Draft concise technical advice on all aspects of claim handling, including reserves, indemnity, liability, quantum, and causation issues.
- Liaise with parties involved in claims, including the insured, insurer, witnesses, and instruct counsel.
- Attend conferences, JSMs, mediations, and court proceedings as required.
