About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Team Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Night Senior Carer, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents. Your role will involve supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews. You will also be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment that respects the dignity and preferences of our residents.

About You
You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to be considered for this role. We are looking for individuals who possess specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and have a warm, compassionate, and committed approach to providing individualized care and support. As a Senior Care Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training and development opportunities, and many of our Senior Carers progress into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
