About the Role
As a Senior Care Team Leader at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include training, supervising, and delegating duties to ensure the smooth operation of our care home. You will also be responsible for administering and ordering medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with healthcare professionals and family members.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in healthcare, preferably with a qualification in Health and Social Care. You will have previous experience in a residential care setting, with a proven track record of leadership and the ability to make informed decisions to support the needs and wellbeing of our residents. You will be a warm and compassionate individual, committed to delivering individualised care and support to our residents.
Working Hours
This is a bank position, which means you will work on an as-needed basis to provide cover for our care home. Your working hours will vary, and you will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of our residents.
