We are currently in search of a skilled Talent & HR Co-ordinator. In this role, you will be part of a highly collaborative team focused on implementing business enhancements for our clients.

As a Talent & HR Co-ordinator, you will be instrumental in attracting, evaluating, and securing exceptional talent for our organization. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, your responsibilities will include spearheading recruitment initiatives, cultivating strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate journey. You will gain exposure to various HR processes and support all essential personnel functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend and anticipate team requirements, developing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the most suitable candidates for diverse roles.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to offer acceptance.

Talent Pipeline Development:

  • Proactively establish and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training schedules.
  • Act as a point of contact for new employees, addressing inquiries and providing assistance to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Assist in coordinating employee recognition programs and events to foster a positive workplace culture.

Employer Branding:

  • Contribute to enhancing OutForm Consulting's employer brand by promoting our values, culture, and opportunities.
  • Engage in employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.

Data-Driven Approach:

  • Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to refine processes and outcomes.
  • Utilize data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Operations team and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to talent acquisition and workforce planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or talent acquisition roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the UK and Ireland is preferred.
