About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team at C M Community Care Limited. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and selecting the best candidates for our care staff positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit high-quality candidates for care staff positions
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial application to onboarding
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify recruitment needs and develop solutions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment and employment
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and technology
